Dev Log #10 | Coin Carry limit and Angry Gods, kinda: V0.03
The Gods can now get angry with the player for leaving the church after praying and not taking a boon. The Unknown God inside the dungeon gets upset when you break his altars and will now curse you when you do. With all the angry gods about, the Tower is showing kindness with adding a Cleansing Altar to remove any curse. A New Building appeared, The Bank! The Bank allow the player to store coins so they don't lose them in the dungeon. However, the player might want to take some for now there is a shop inside the Tower.
~~~ Main Changes ~~~
- Added Carry Limit for Coins. Base carry limit is 20
~~~ Church's Changes ~~~
- The Player is now able to leave when selecting a boon. Leaving the church this way will anger the gods.
-- The Player will receive a low or mid tier curse.
~~~ Dungeon Changes ~~~
- The Player will now receive a low curse or a boost to their curse when breaking the dungeon altar.
-- The curse boost does stack with other curse boosts.
- To help the Player with receiving more curses then before a cleansing altar has been added.
-- If the Player has prayed at the Dungeon Altar, Both curse and boon will be removed.
-- If the Player has not prayed at the Dungeon Altar, Only the curse will be removed.
- In junction to adding the coin purse/pouch, the player will now lose all coins upon death.
-- The Player will also no receive any coin as rewards while at max carry limit.
- The Player can now find a shop, that sells Potions, poison, and throwables, within the dungeon.
-- The Shop prices are more costly then outside the Tower.
- The Player is now able to use Health and Mana Potions outside of Combat.
-- The Player must use the "Use" Command.
~~~ Town Changes ~~~
- With the change of how coins are carried, Coin Purses/pouches have been added.
-- The Player can Upgrade them at the General Store.
- There is Now a Bank to store coins
~~~ Misc. changes ~~~
- Added Bank's Picture
- Added mid tier potions and poisons and the carry limit will prioritize the higher tiers first
- Changed: Player now must make it to the 2 area after the start for boons and curse to reset
- I made changes to the Input Parser I made. Please let me know if there is any issues
